Returns & Exchanges
1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any opened or used items.
2. Refunds/Exchanges on Unopened Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.
3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Customized Products
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
If a return is approved you will be provided with a shipping label to send the product back to our facility.
